Areen Development stands as an expansive and enticing mixed-use destination in the Southern Region of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Spanning nearly 2 million square meters, Areen is crafted to host a vibrant community of around 25,000 individuals.

• Creating a Vision + Concept Story + Unique Selling proposition (USP) for the Development.
• Creating revisions/alterations to the Development’s brief in collaboration with the GFH team.
• Providing revisions and report management advisory services with respect to the Development’s master plan (the “Master Plan”).
• Overseeing and managing the creation of the new brand for the Development (the “Brand”) and brand positioning for Al Areen.
• Conducting market research and stakeholders’ analysis including validation of existing research already conducted by GFH for the Development.
• Identification of products and services relevant to the Development.
• Creating strategies for the hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, sports, leisure and entertainment portfolio within the Development.
• Managing the development of sub-Brand creations, intangibles and ‘look and feel’ principles.
• Identifying partnerships and Brand associations.
• Managing all sub-consultants required for delivering the Services, including design and branding firms and any other consultants required.
• Creating the financial model and final business plan report for the Development (the “Business Plan”)
